This PR imports "imaging assay" & "excitation function" from OBI as well as "optical microscopy" (CHMO:0000102). The latter is imported from OBI, because it is relabeled and subsumed under OBI:microscopy assay based on https://github.com/obi-ontology/obi/blob/master/src/ontology/templates/assays.tsv#L5
