Using the flat-file JSON objects from https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/fc-be286b9f-3acf-4168-af6e-592df509391d/DocumentReference , get all file objects referenced and store them in the shared bucket here: https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/fc-be286b9f-3acf-4168-af6e-592df509391d/file_data

I'm realizing that I think we need to generate a manifest to go with the files. It's possible we can link filenames from the DocumentReferences, but it's not guaranteed to align.
