This release contains code supporting the 'Exploring the Impact of Analysis Software on Task fMRI Results' publication in Neuroimage after corrections regarding the ds000120 AFNI parametric analysis were made. In particular, this release contains the code and notebooks for the amended ds000120 AFNI parametric analysis after it was found that the subject-level statistic images (rather than intended beta images) were being inputted into the group-level permutation model.

This release contains code supporting the 'Exploring the Impact of Analysis Software on Task fMRI Results' publication in Neuroimage after a correction regarding the ds0000109 FSL analysis was made. In particular, this release contains the code and notebook for the amended ds000109 FSL analysis after it was found that the linear model contrast for the original analysis had been specified incorrectly.
