GPSRO data evaluation for UFO with NBAM operator is complete. Adding gps_bend.yaml to the testing directory.
Code changes have been made to UFO NBAM operator to replicate GSI. The HofX, QC, and Obs error plots for each satellite were documented in issue#58.
Related JCSDA-internal PRs explained the code changes in NBAM operator regarding super refraction, and obs error assignment. More details can be found in PR #2960 and PR #3040.
GPSRO bending angle YAML were included in the testing directory.
Benchmarks were added
HofX, QC, and observation error tests passed
The YAML replicates GSI result in terms of HofX, QC, and observation error except for 1 data point out of 496,413 due to window of the cutoff QC filter.
