For the 2021.1 release, intel has renamed some of the oneapi packages.
intel-oneapi-dpcpp-cpp-compiler-pro is now intel-oneapi-compiler-dpcpp-cpp-and-cpp-classic
it contains icc, icx, icpc, icpx, & dpcpp
