This PR includes the following changes:

  1. Add mapping and Python for amsua data
  2. Created an aux directory to hold the coefficient related to ta2tb.
  3. Merged two type of amsua file into one
  4. The script mapping file is only for the category: "metop-c". the mapping file can be expanded to include all other categories if needed.
