This documentation refers to an endpoint that has been updated rendering the docs out of date. However, more work is anticipated in the near future which will once again change how these API work. All that aside, a much better option for anyone wishing to run their own Technical Potential and Cost of Energy analysis in code is the
reVtool. This update makes these points clear.
