Some cuDNN setups don't have cuDNN installed in the same place as CUDA -- in this case, headers aren't found --> build failures.

Some cuDNN setups don't have cuDNN installed in the same immediate tree as CUDA -- in this case,
cudnn.hisn't along the include path --> build failures. Add the found include path alongside other common CUDA deps.Tested:
cmake -S . -B build cmake --build build --parallelbuilds all assets
