Description
This PR adds the property type needed to wrap taking a time step. It takes a molecule (via a
ChemicalSystemand returns the new coordiantes (via aChemicalSystem) and the momenta of the system (via aPointSet<double>).TODOs
AOBasisSet(in essence agreeing that the time step will always assume AO-based energies)?
