Data, code, and output for the quantitative trait locus (QTL) component of Nathan Phipps' M.S. thesis (An extension of Laura Stein's guppy intercross project). 
Conducted at Colorado State University with funding from the National Science Foundation. 
Objective: To identify loci associated with various behavioral and physical traits in the Trinidadian guppy (Poecilia reticulata).
