Usage

1. Run /emvp.
2. Select the first portal with wand (like WorldEdit's wand).
3. Shift-right click on the wand while looking at the portal.
4. Select the second portal with the wand.
5. Shift-right click in the wand while looking at the portal.
6. Finally, enter the portal name and you are done!
