added Gantt chart month format option #57

First of all, thank you for your great work on your Gantt chart!

This adds the ability to customize month formatting from the default "%B %Y".

Let me know if this is suitable and whether anything else needs to be added.

Thank You for your contribution, I like it and I will publish to PyPi soon. Don't mind the failing build, I only need to do some GH workflow maintenance and upgrade to latest version of Black formatter somewhere.

Thank you very much for this library - it has helped me deliver polished project scope documentation just this morning after I had overnighted on it (not that I sleep early ever).

I was wondering if this library's docs are open source? I couldn't find them. Just so I can add the newest option there.
