Adds 11 new languages to the game.

Explain why it's good for the game
Allows for a massive expansion for character RP and how feasible it is to play a character who isn't from a major nation, also makes it more important to have an interpreter aboard like a synthetic, given there's a good chance your crew won't speak every language.
