Quick and dirty change list:

• Added automated spawners, health and damage factor controls and some other swarm/surge controllers that spare the DM having to click and live summon more xenos.
• Adds multiple narrative controls including talking NPCs and better presenting narrations/blurbs.
• Adds ytdl-less mp3 playing via the tgchat player
• Adds a tool to view the tacmap from anywhere
• Adds the ability to call in a resupply drop. One, per the whole server, per 10 minutes. Dm can trigger big resupply drop.
• Adds a mega stim that raises the dead and arbitrarily cures all damage for 10 seconds. 5 charges, rechargeable from supply drops. Each marine gets one that they can recall into their hand with a verb.
• Xenosurge additionally works with an out of game between round continuity system that is affected by performance within each round.
