支持在灰度图和带透明通道的图片中查找 btw, change print style from python2 to python3 in example.py 另外，把example.py里的print改成python3风格的了

支持在灰度图和带透明通道的图片中查找（最终都是在灰度图中查找，但原来是直接BGR2GRAY，现在先判断传入图片类型，再决定如何转换）
btw, change print style from python2 to python3 in example.py
