There are some slight differences for some of the image rendering tests on Arm vs Intel. Update the PR build to verify using new [M1 runners]. This should be easier for developers who are mostly on Arm now. [M1 runners]: https://github.blog/2023-10-02-introducing-the-new-apple-silicon-powered-m1-macos-larger-runner-for-github-actions/
