Closes #451. We should just manually raise MTK versions in a controlled manner going forward. @david-hofmann would you prefer that we cap at an older version where it's easier to get your datafitting tests passsing?
CI may complain about this PR until #454 is merged, because there are some previously broken GraphDynamics tests that are now fixed upstream and #454 reenables them
