  • Adds a How to Install page
  • Adds links to Julia intro resources (please let me know if you know any more good ones)
  • Adds instructions to instantiate an environment with all tutorial dependencies by downloading the docs Project.toml from NeurobloxDocsHost (it's a copy of the one in Neuroblox/docs)
