Dockerfile 추가
main 브랜치 푸시 시 "dev" 태크의 이미지 빌드 파이프라인 추가
- 새 이미지는 watchtower( https://github.com/containrrr/watchtower )를 사용하여 pull-based 방식으로 배포됩니다.
