- Changed shape - Implemented all transparencies and border changes - Implemented all states - Fixed ToolTip inheriting the Styles for ImageButton

Looks like the tooltips aren't styled. Are you going to do that in another PR? |
Yeah, this just removes the wrong styles from them for this control |

Changed the UI of Loadout buttons in the Spine to be square.
Changed the Styles for ImageButtons to not be inherited by the ToolTips.
