BG3 Health Checks and improvements

Summary:

• Added ability to parse semantic versions of pak mods and their dependencies
• Included version parsing in the tests
• Avoid re-attempting to parse broken pak files on each diagnostic check run
• Cache bad pak file parsing errors and emit Invalid Pak File Health Check
• Improve Missing Dependency text and information
• Add Outdated dependency Health Check (listed dep is present but min version is not satisfied)
• Changed Launch button to always run LariLauncher.exe, to allow users to select Vulkan or DX11 renderer on GOG
• Updated BG3 Documentation with Vulkan and DX11 launcher details and more information for the Script Extender
• Reorganized some of the BG3 related code
