This version of the mappings targets Ketenzorg 3.0.2 based input (HL7 V3) to MedMij Huisartsgegevens 2019.01 output (FHIR STU3/HCIMs 2017).

It was tested to work against Saxon-HE 9.8.0-15 after Saxon-HE 9.5.1-5 was found to have a bug in processing the updated variable date logic
