Adds warp aliases, which work as a redirect to other warps. An alias can have multiple warps that it randomly selects, without needing the standard permission access to the backend warp. Instead,
at.member.warp.<alias>.<warp>is checked./setwarpalias <Warp> <Alias>(at.admin.setwarpalias)/removewarpalias <Warp> <Alias>(at.admin.removewarpalias)/warpaliases <warp|alias> <Warp|Alias>(at.admin.warpaliases)
