Update Documentation: Section Titles and Build Command Cleanup

1. Updated Table of Contents for Accuracy:

   • The sequence of section numbers in the Table of Contents was corrected.
   • The section "Contributing" was renumbered from 3 to 4, and the section "Community" was replaced with "Support" and renumbered as 5, as the "Community" section does not exist in the text.

2. Removed Duplicate Parameter in Build Command:

   • The second occurrence of the -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug parameter in the build command was removed to avoid redundancy.
