[Backport release-24.05] thunderbird-bin-unwrapped: 115.13.0 → 128.2.0esr #342228

Thunderbird now has an ESR release. Therefore, update to this one (same
version as the non-binary version). Also tweak the update script to
accept a version prefix and follow ESR this way.

Thunderbird 115 is no longer supported.

Thunderbird 115.15.0esr is the final release of Thunderbird 115.
