Welcome to the noresmvaltool wiki!

This wiki will showcase some of the results obtained by running the noresmvaltool setup, focusing primarily on analysis relevant for NorESM model output.

Available observational datasets

ESMValTool provides support for observational datasets for which a CMORizer script is available. Further details about the datasets is available from the ESMValTool gitHub repository. A selection of these datasets are available on NIRD, under the directory /nird/datalake/NS9560K/ESGF/obsdata/.

ESMValTool 2.10.0 tested recieps

ESMValTool comes with a list of standard recipes, which are described in the documentation. Output from standard recipes can be viewed in the debug page that is provided with each new release of ESMValTool. Note that some recipes are marked as failed, usually due to missing updates or datasets having been removed. The listing below are recipes that have been tested on Nird, and in some cases modified for NorESM model output.
