Ensure you have mod rewrite enabled for apache :

• sudo a2enmod rewrite
• AllowOverride All in /etc/apache2/apache2.conf

On Visual Studio Code

Need the 'Live Sass Compiler' extension activated. Configuration is already defined in the .vscode/settings.json file.
