Since this gcc openocd are maintained by us, we are not changing as upstream changed, and have our own release schedule, and release naming. We call this Nuclei Toolchain/OpenOCD 2023.10 release as semver release 1.0.0, and later release we will have two release naming, year.month one and semver one for better maintaining We can't directly use gcc and openocd its own release tag, since we made changes based on it, it might be incompatiable during our releases Signed-off-by: Huaqi Fang <[email protected]>

We just released Nuclei SDK 0.6.0 and Nuclei Studio 2024.06, see https://github.com/Nuclei-Software/nuclei-studio/releases/tag/2024.06, which introduced better gcc13 and openocd which support gd32vw55x now, and user can take a try with it, see https://doc.weixin.qq.com/doc/w3_ASUAMQZqALwutPQJm8OTOOPy1OobX?scode=ABcAKgdSAFc1bLRiTp about how to take a try with it, which is based on gd32vw553h-eval board.
