We should delay this PR at least until the I've released the next version to Pypi as now the two query objects are not compatible as you found out. |

That was my intention. I can removed the changes in query.py to remove any conflicts if you like. |

The docs in query.py needed some minor changes. I've set up a detailed usage stub page as well
