I'd like to take over the ansible-odoo and potentially also convert https://github.com/smartops-aero/smartops-odoo-flight into OCA

Ref OCA/ansible-odoo#113

Sorry @ayushin I assume you have good faith, but you have made 4 PR (including this) on OCA. At the future, it might change, but right now, I think you should collaborate more in the OCA. Also, this group has a lot of permissions

Hey, this was not my idea. I have enough on my plate as it is, feel free to integrate the new ansible role yourself

@ayushin hi, thanks for your interest here. Your help is appreciated :)

Please, don't take it personally. We have tons of repos and we group them by "topic".
Allowing you to have super-powers on this group means that you'll have them on all the repos managed by this group.

Now, the proposal by @sebalix was of good will but he didn't know about the implications.
Yet, this is not required to contribute: you can simply open PRs and get them validated.
Being a member of the maintainers group still required this approach.
Hence, feel free to open PRs against our repo.

Meanwhile, we'll check internally if it still make sense to have this repo under this group.

Hope this helps!

Bests,
S
