There's no Tensorflow for Python 3.12 on PyPI yet.

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow<2.16,>=2.5.0 (from ocrd-calamari) (from versions: 2.16.0rc0, 2.16.1, 2.16.2, 2.17.0rc0, 2.17.0rc1, 2.17.0, 2.18.0rc0)

I will probably do TF 2.16 / Keras 3 support for tfaip at some (later) point, it's not as hard as the previous update.
