define analyses relevant for data in note_nlp table

Achilles has 2 analyses for note table.

2200 Number of persons with at least one note by note_type_concept_id
2201 Number of note records, by note_type_concept_id

To support users of note_nlp table, we want to work with the community on analyses for note_nlp table.

Currently there are no analyses defined for data in note_nlp table.
