New Feature Proposal - prediction within ATLAS interface

I would like to suggest a new feature for ATLAS that I believe would be very useful: the ability to run inference on predefined and custom predictive models within the Patient-Level Prediction module. This would allow users to select a model (including custom models shared by others), apply it to a chosen cohort, and generate patient-level predictions directly within ATLAS. Results would appear as a new column, with options for visualization and export. This feature could make predictive insights more actionable and encourage collaboration by allowing users to share and leverage each other’s models.

This will certainly be part of the 3.x / 4.x line of Atlas where we have strong integration with HADES methods via Strategus integration.
