Failed to start broadsea #118

I need some help getting this to run.

Following the steps here: https://ohdsi.github.io/Broadsea/

Error response from daemon: driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint broadsea-atlasdb: Error starting userland proxy: listen tcp4 0.0.0.0:5432: bind: address already in use

More background:

http://127.0.0.1 error: "HTTP ERROR 404 Not Found"

docker ps

docker logs broadsea-hades
