A profile specific to vocab development would be useful for many contributors and working groups.

The Vocab WG team has detailed how to establish a local environment for vocab development

We could incorporate this as a docker profile in addition to other tools useful for the development / mapping vocab.

Additional:

Use profile "omop-vocab-pg-load" to load
Include tools for phenotype development and mapping (Usagi, Phoebe, Atlas)
2-billion concept storage
