windows for start and end date

allow the use of different windows for start and end dates of the same event in require functions, e.g. require event starts within 5 days before cohort start date and ends within 5 days after cohort end date

@nmercadeb what functions were you meaning? I see requireCohortIntersect has the window argument, but were you thinking of other functions?

I think at the moment we can't create the following cohort with CC, but it might be just me not seeing how
