Cross post of this issue: OHDSI/EmpiricalCalibration#9

Basically during my SCCS analysis the logRr and seLogRr vectors are both NA, which is not handled by fitMcmcNull(). Should this fit be done at all of both are vectors of NA? And should it be handled in calibrateGroup()?

Fixed in the edo_diagnostic branch. Might be a while before this ends up in a release: 06a5651
