Vignettes and site documentation require a refresh to reflect changes in v1.0. The site documentation should include information on the results data model documentation per #167

Just noting that site documentation, including the results data model documentation, will live on the gh-pages branch. I need to see about adding code to update the HADES logo via the pkgdown workflow.
