Consider package options

I think creating a package out of a study is a pattern a lot of OHDSI members use. I'd be in favor of having a function that initializes a study package.

initStudyPackage()

• Creates DESCRIPTION file, perhaps based on stuff in the study yaml file
• Adds folders like R and inst
• Enables roxygen
• Restarts R session with package initialized
