Flagging also applies equivalence

When flagging a mapping, this also applies the currently active equivalence status.

There can be a use case for having a mapping status for a flagged mapping (e.g.: I think the mapping is 'equal', but need additional review). However, assigning equivalence might not be the expected behaviour of Usagi.
