Would it be easier if the entire gaiaDB install (start docker container and initializeDatabase) were handled with a single "make" command?
This would mean that there is no need to connect to DB before initializing
Would this mean more "hard to download" software?
initializeDatabase would need to be its own distinct R function (not inside the package) for this to be worthwhile. Saved in inst dir
