The gaiaDB installation could (maybe) be simplified by using makefile #32

Would it be easier if the entire gaiaDB install (start docker container and initializeDatabase) were handled with a single "make" command?

  • This would mean that there is no need to connect to DB before initializing

  • Would this mean more "hard to download" software?

  • initializeDatabase would need to be its own distinct R function (not inside the package) for this to be worthwhile. Saved in inst dir

This will be closeable once the containerize branch is merged to main or gets its own repository
