Were these old? If so did dependabot not track them? Or is running whatever dependabot updated us to on Feb 1st already too old?

Looks like we were pinned to v4.0.0 (https://github.com/actions/cache/releases/tag/v4.0.0) which from what I can tell should not be failing, but we're getting the deprecation failures.

Given there are newer 4.0.x and 4.x releases, it looks like dependabot may have stopped tracking this for us.
