Motivation and Context

We needed to update the rh-ui design system version to make sure we're following the ACAG 2.2 recommendations where possible. This was a major version update for the design system and a couple of things broke in the process which I had to fix.

What has changed

• Updated design system version to 72.3.0
• Added jinja config recommended by design system
• Updated code to match new design system version

How to test?

• Run locally and make sure the ATs still pass
• Review against word doc on jira link to make sure I haven't missed anything
