Two quick comments:

1. To align with best practices, I recommend including deployment considerations—especially during the PoC phase, where processes may not yet be standardized or documented.

2. For transparency and traceability, changelog entries should be treated as a project hygiene criterion. As the project hasn’t adopted conventional commits or automated changelogs ( yet 😉 ), manually noting meaningful changes is key during early development and onboarding.
