Fix SwerveSubsystem location, add prelim PathPlanner
Fixed issue where robot would not find required files for initializing the swerve systems. Added preliminary PathPlanner paths and directories. No actual paths have been created, only basic paths. Added loose simulator files, just keeping preferences consistent across computers.
