- #33, #27, #24, #16 major bugfix. After resuming a multi extruder print, the following tracked filament is assigned to tool0. To fix that issue I reimplemented the whole material tracking (maybe it solves other issues as well ;-).

- #11, #10 removed postgreSQL database driver from the plugin. I received couple of issues about installing the driver during plugin-installation. So, I decided to remove the driver and added a hint in the settings for users which will be using the external database. The user is then responsible to install the driver be there own.
