Additional facsimiles and improved mark-up

This release has been necessitated by the need for documenting changes and improvements that took place over the last two years:

1. New sets of facsimiles have been added using IIIF
2. The TEI Boilerplate has been updated to the latest version
3. The mark-up of entities and their links to our authority files have been much improved

First release of all issues

This release contains the following files:

• TEI XML files of all issues of al-Zuhūr. Files are complete with structural mark-up of mastheads, sections, articles, and with page breaks linked to digital facsimiles at http://archive.alsharekh.org.
  • NOTE: I have not fully validated the mostly automatically generated structural mark-up against the facsimiles.
• MODS / BibTeX files with bibliographic information for all issues, sections, and articles.
