Refactor to remove all product assets (e.g. data , metadata, and GitHub pages). These assets are now hosted in their respective repositories (i.e. earthquake-scenarios, and national-human-settlement). This was done to ensure that the management of the dissemination of scientific products is done at the source.

Fix incorrect URL to wet-boew.min.js

This was broken by me in my earlier fix to #29 in commit 675c312

https://wet-boew.github.io/themes-dist/GCWeb/wet-boew/js/wet-boew.min.js
remained in its original URL, i.e. did not get moved one directory level
down unlike the other assets.
