Further price-related concepts

Description of the issue

Part of the SIROP project is to include macro-economic and time dependent monetary concepts. We had an Oeko-internal meeting and identified a list of missing concepts including some first definition proposals and a priority. This meta issue deals with price concepts. See also parallel issues on macro-economic concepts (#1487) and policies and measures (#1545).

Next step would be to discuss these concepts at an OEO dev meeting. Afterwards we might split the list into further sub-issues for closely related concepts.

the currency per ? in column comment - should this not in column unit instead?
As a first idea comes to mind currency per energy unit (e.g. MWh), but I am not sure if the definition of energy unit in the OEO would fit? It reads: A unit which is a standard measure of the work done by a certain force (gravitational, electric, magnetic, force of inertia, etc).

Will we also need to add individuals to classes such as currency and ### unit ?

Yes that is right. But additionally, "energy" prices are sometimes in different units. E.g. at a filling station, the price is usually in Euro per litre.

Will we also need to add individuals to classes such as currency and ### unit ?

Having currencies like Euro and US dollar as individuals seems right.
