This milestone is "meta" and should contain all issues without a specific release milestone milestone.

Collecting also meta issues, out of scope issues in a milestone makes it easier to distinguish between

• issues which are intentionally not assigned to a specific release,
• and issues where the author simply forgot to add a release milestone.
